I love photography, of all types. one thing I love best about it is its ability to capture a moment in time and preserve it for all generations to see. I've never been to New York but we've all seen it through movies and tv shows and the like. New York has such a long fine history that its easy to forget how long its been the centre of the American way of life. Days of long ago are slowly being erased through time and this site aims to preserve the memory of New York's earlier days. If you live there then you could easily check these out to notice something you've likely never really noticed before. I was interested in the earliest oldest original cobblestone street in the middle of Queens I think it was. Vivid evidence to times past and a preservation if the soon to be all-too-extinct. A great idea of a site.
